Who we are
This site is operated by Trvaly Marketing (SMC-Private) Limited, a company registered in Pakistan under number 0265073, registered office 146CCA, 3rd Floor, Sector C, Phase-V DHA, Lahore, Punjab 54910, Pakistan.
We are the controller of the information described below. That means we decide what is collected and why.
What we collect
There is no form on this site. The only way to reach us is by email, so the only information we hold is whatever you choose to put in that email.
If you apply for work, we hold whatever you send us. Usually a CV, contact details and examples of your work.
Our hosting provider processes your IP address in the course of serving the pages to you. We do not store it ourselves and we do not have access to it.
What we do not do
We do not use cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner on this site.
We do not run analytics. We do not measure how the site is used, which pages you read, or how long you stay.
We do not track you across other sites, build a profile of you, or run advertising.
We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.
We do not make automated decisions about you. Everything here is read by a person.
There are no accounts on this site and no database of enquiries.
Why we collect it, and on what basis
To reply to you and have a sensible conversation about the work. That is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry and running our business.
For job applications, the same basis applies. We have a legitimate interest in considering you for the role and in keeping your details where another one might suit you.
Hiring
We look at public professional profiles to find people worth approaching. If we contact you out of the blue, that is where your details came from, and we will say so.
People also approach us directly, and often. We keep what you send while the role, or something like it, might come round again. There is no fixed period on that, because there is no fixed hiring cycle.
Ask us to delete it and we will, the same day, no explanation needed.
If you join us, what you sent becomes part of your employment record and we will explain the position then.
Applications go to careers@trvaly.com and are read by a person, not filtered by a system.
If we work with you
We hold very little about you personally. The name of the person we deal with, a business email address and a phone number. Director names are usually already on the public register in any case.
The project material you share with us, your documents, your data, your systems, is yours. What happens to it is governed by the agreement we both sign, not by this page. That agreement sets out confidentiality, security, who can access what, and what happens to it at the end.
If you have your own data processing terms, send them and we will work to them.
Who sees it
Your email arrives in a mailbox we control. Our email provider and our hosting provider process it and the technical data involved in serving the site to you.
Those providers act on our instructions and may not use your information for anything of their own. Nobody else sees it.
We may have to disclose information where the law requires it, such as a court order or a request from a regulator. If that happens and we are allowed to tell you, we will.
Where it goes
Our team is in Pakistan. If you are in the UK, Europe or North America, that means your information is accessed from outside your own country.
It is held in encrypted systems, access is limited to the people who need it, and it is not stored anywhere it does not need to be.
How long we keep it
Business records, including anything tied to work we have done and been paid for, are kept for up to six years. That is a normal accounting and record keeping period and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
Enquiries that do not lead to anything are deleted once they are no longer useful.

Where we are not required to keep something, ask us to delete it and we will.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to stop using it, or object to us using it at all. You can ask us to send it to you in a portable form. Where you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Email privacy@trvaly.com and we will deal with it within one month. There is no charge.
If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can raise it with the data protection authority in your own country. We would rather you came to us first, but it is your right either way.
You do not have to give us anything
You can read every page on this site without giving us a single detail. Nothing here asks you for anything. If you email us, that is your choice and it is the only way we ever get your details.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled by role rather than a shared login, and nothing sits in an inbox or a shared drive that belongs in proper storage.
No system is perfect. If something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.
Other sites
Where we link somewhere else, that site is not ours. We are not responsible for what is on it or what it does with your information, and its privacy policy applies rather than this one.

Changes
If this changes we will update the page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant we will say so, rather than quietly editing it.
