Approach
Four stages. One gets skipped.
Start with the business, not the brief.
The brief and the problem are rarely the same thing. By the time one is written, someone has already decided the answer, usually without checking what the question was costing them.
Discovery tests that. How the operation runs. What breaks. What it costs when it breaks.
Sometimes the answer is smaller than the brief.
Decide how it works before it is built.
A design change costs hours. A build change costs weeks. A change to a live system costs more than that.
Every decision is agreed here, in writing, while it is still cheap.
Built properly. Documented. Yours.
We choose the stack. It is current, well supported, and we know it well enough to move quickly in it. If you have a real constraint, an existing system or a policy that rules something out, tell us early and we will work around it.
Logic is built to be called, so what you have today still works when something else connects to it later.
Documented as it is built. Code, credentials and infrastructure handed over complete. Nothing is built to keep you dependent.
On security
Where you have your own infrastructure and accounts, we build inside them and your data never leaves your side. That is the cleanest arrangement and we will always take it.
Where you do not, we hold only what the work needs, for as long as the work runs, and it goes when the work is done. Access is scoped and time limited either way.
Encryption in transit and at rest. Access controlled by role rather than a shared login. Documents kept in proper storage, where they can be found and deleted on request.
None of that is a feature. It is how anything handling financial data has to be built.
Delivery is not the end.
Live usage shows what design could not. The first month of real data says more than the planning did.
Most of this market takes the money at launch and stops answering. That is the thing Trvaly is built not to do.
Weeks, not quarters.
Small team, no account layer, and no handover between the person who understood the problem and the person building it.
A six month timeline usually means a large firm with people to keep busy. It is rarely the work taking that long.
